Ingredients:
2 Scoops Max Effort Protein (a.k.a. the secret to gains-friendly fudge)
2 TBSP Coconut Flour
½ Cup Pistachio Butter (Pro tip: Blend unsalted pistachios and make your own!)
2 TBSP Sugar-Free Pancake Syrup
3–4 TBSP Almond Milk or Water (just enough to get things fudgy)
No-Sugar-Added Dried Cranberries (or get fancy and dehydrate your own)
White Chocolate Chips & Sprinkles
DIRECTIONS
In a large mixing bowl combine the protein powder, coconut flour and pistachio butter together until it is a “sand like” consistency .
Add in the pancake syrup and give it a mix
Stir in almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you get your fudge consistency
Stir in chopped cranberries
Spread into a parchment lined container and freeze to set
Melt white chocolate and drizzle over top and add sprinkles for some festive vibes
Cut into squares and Enjoy!
