Posing can make or break your appearance on stage! It's often the main difference between the top few placements in any given show (both regionally and nationally). As an IFBB Pro and Bikini coach, I have a great sense of what the judges are looking for in a posing routine and can work with you to create a custom routine that properly presents your physique. We'll take advantage of your physqiue and make it pop in ways you never thought possible! 

Each session is 30 minutes long via FaceTime or other platform for non-iphone users.  Screen recordings & additional feedback/homework is provided
